Sawsan al Abtah
Sawsan al Abtah, a Lebanese professor, since 1999, at the Lebanese university, section of Arabic language and literature. She has a PhD degree in the Islamic Thought from la Sorbonne. Writes weekly in alSharq alAwsat daily.

Rasha Al Ameer
Rasha Al Ameer is a Lebanese novelist and writer and the owner of Al Jadeed publishing house. Her novel The Judgement Day was very well received by Arab critics. It was translated into several European languages. Other books that she published deal with the Arabic language. She also wrote a book in French dedicated to the youth: Le Petit Pays.

Maya alHajj
Maya alHajj is a Lebanese novelist and literary critic. Works in alHayat daily since 2008. Graduated with MA in French literature. Interviewed many prominent international writers including the Noble Prize laureate Clezio. In her first novel Burkini (2014).  Maya courageously discusses the dialect between the veil and femininity within a psychological approach. Very well received by Arab critics, Burkini was printed twice and nominated for the Sheikh Zayed literary prize.

Hanan AlShaykh
Hanan al-Shaykh is one of the most acclaimed writers in the contemporary Arab World. She is the author of eight novels, a collection of short stories and three plays. Her work has been translated into twenty-eight languages. She lives in London.

Assem Bazzi
Assem Bazzi holds a B.A. in English literature from the Lebanese American University. He is also a founding member of el-Yafta, a performer in Haven for Artists, Poetic License, Poetry Pot and others. He has been a main contributor to the poetry performance scene in Beirut since summer 2011. His interests range from nighttime adventures to poetry and Literature in general, performing with poetry groups in street corners, local bars and sometimes on theater stages.

Youssef Bazzi

Youssef Bazzi is a Lebanese poet and writer. Works in cultural pages of Lebanese and Arab press. Published 5 poetry books, the last titled “In the Mouth of the Crow” and an autobiographical novel. Recently published “One Suburb, Many Cities” (2016). Youssef is a co-founder of PEN Lebanon.
