Alawiyya Sobh is a Lebanese writer and novelist. Her novels were translated into international languages and won literary prizes. She is also widely travelled and has lectured on many topics, especially women’s issues, throughout the Arab world and beyond. Co founder of Pen Lebanon.

Witold Szabłowski (Poland) lived and studied for a year in Turkey. His journalism has been engaged with Turkish issues. In 2008 he received an honorable mention from Amnesty International for his report on Turkish honor killings, “It's Out of Love, Sister”.. The Assassin from Apricot City, is a collection of his long-form journalism, was published in Poland in 2010. He wrote a book along with his wife Izabela Meyza about their experiences Our Little Polish People's Republic: Six Months in a Three-room Apartment with a Perm, a Moustache and a Fiat. In 2014 Dancing Bears about the creation of reserves for bears previously used as dancing bears. He uses the experiences of the former dancing bears to explore differences between communist and capitalist systems.
Assaad Thebian works as a Digital Producer in Hawa El 7orriyeh show in LBCI and as a freelance marketing/advertisement consultant and trainer. He has published a poetry book and won several awards in blogging and digital media. He is also one of the founders of the YouStink camapaign.
Fawzi Yammine is a professor of Arabic literature at the Lebanese University. Has 9 books of poetry, prose and essays.
Hyam Yared is a French-language Lebanese novelist and poet. Her poetry books and novels have won numerous prizes. Co-founder of PEN Lebanon.
Rewa Zeinati is the author of the creative non-fiction book, Nietzsche's Camel Must Die and the poetry chapbook, Bullets & Orchids. She is the founder and editor of Sukoon, an independent online literary magazine publishes Arab-themed art and literature in English. She lives in Beirut and teaches academic and creative writing.
Khaled Ziadeh is a Lebanese writer and academic professor. He graduated from the Sorbonne University, Paris, with a PhD in Philosophy in 1980. He has more than 10 diversified publications and non-fiction books, some of which were translated into European languages. He has reviewed, evaluated and edited several books. Dr. Ziadeh has held the post of Ambassador of Lebanon to Egypt from 2007 till 2016. He is currently the Director of the Arab Centre for Research and Policy Studies, Beirut branch.
